Once again, here is L. As he says, justice will prevail when it comes to catching Kira (although due to ep.25 major-spoiler, i really hate Light...) Anyway , If you can't tell, the pose L is in is based on the vol.7 cover of the manga (which i used as a reference for him). As far as the background, the black part behind L with the roses was inspired also by the cover. The roses i think look a bit off, but oh well. I originally was planning on having the actual roses pink, and the petals red (or the other way around), but when coloring this in Art Club, my friend Tim ( , who always seems to give great art tips ^_^) said i should make some of them blue. I'm glad he said that since i like this way much better then it would of been. He also gave me the idea of the police tape in the back when i was completely stumped on what to do (THANK YOU! ). On another note, i'm hoping that soon this week after my birthday if i have enough money *plans of doing housework to earn money *, i want to buy a pack or prisma markers. Since what i really wanted to do with the background was color it a similar color to that of the volume, but pencils wouldn't be able to get the affect i want (so at the moment i'm doing that in gimp along with adding a couple effects that probably won't even be to noticeable XD) So i'll upload that once i'm done (either in regular gallery or scraps depending on how i think it comes out) Overall i'm very pleased with how this came out ^_^
